"කැකුළු හසරැලි" – Phase 1
The කැකුළු හසරැලි project, organized in three phases, began its meaningful journey with the successful
completion of Phase 1 on December 6th at the Maharagama Apeksha Cancer Hospital. During this phase, the
children’s ward was cleaned and refreshed with care, aiming to create a healthier and more comforting
environment for young patients battling cancer.
This marks just the beginning - two more impactful phases are on the way, continuing the mission to
spread light, cleanliness, and hope.

This is the compassionate flood‑relief effort, the Leo Club of Gothami Balika Vidyalaya launched on Wednesday, December 3 to aid families devastated by recent floods. We urgently distribute dry food and bottled water, offering comfort, dignity, and solidarity with unwavering care together.
Heal the hope
On 8 th of November, the Leo Club of Gothami Balika Vidyalaya carried out “Heal the Hope” at Lady Ridgeway Hospital, providing essential medical supplies and support to young patients while promoting compassion, youth leadership, and the power of meaningful community service.

The Leo Club of Gothami Balika Vidyalaya held an Ashirwadha Pooja on 5 th of November 2025 at Kuppiyawatta Temple, seeking blessings for the new Leo year and strengthening their commitment to meaningful service, inspired leadership, compassion, unity, and purposeful growth.
Hunger No More- Step 1
“Hunger No More – Step 1” was a compassionate initiative held on 9th November at Colombo Fort, aiming to support the underprivileged by addressing hunger. Organized as the first step in a broader journey of service, this project united volunteers to distribute food and spread kindness. It marked a meaningful beginning toward creating hope through simple, heartfelt actions.
Sprinkles of Love
The Leo Club of Gothami Balika Vidyalaya organized "Sprinkles of Love" on October 3rd, bringing joy and happiness to underprivileged children at Sri Sama Viharastha Preschool. The club donated sweets, stationery, and gifts, creating a warm environment and spreading kindness, love, and hope.
EXCLAMENSA’25 - 7 th Installation Ceremony of Leo Club of Gothami Balika
EXCLAMENSA’25 illuminated the Soma Premarathna Hall on September 26th, celebrating the inspiring installation of the Leo Club of Gothami Balika with many invited schools, enthusiastic Gothamians, teachers, and dignitaries, as new office bearers received badges, certificates, and began a meaningful year of service.
